The AMAR Centre (Art of Movement Harmony of Rhythm) was created to welcome and embrace all activities aiming to improve those aspects of the person which are usually constrained in “modernity” burdened environments. It offers to its members meetings and activities which help regain and maintain fragile conditions like balance and harmony which are easily offset by today’s lifestyle. Moreover, the AMAR Centre also hosts an important project dedicated to women with the aim to “re-create” that special female bond, revalue femininity and the strength which stems from its conscious use.
